This is a 45 minute non-contact boxing workout that entails heavy bag work combined with cardio and strength exercises to give you the ultimate experience of a boxer’s workout. You will learn boxing combinations along with defense mechanisms to make you stronger and more empowered.
*Gloves and wraps are required for this class. We do have extras that you can borrow for your first few classes to test it out.
This is a 45 minute indoor cycle class that incorporates both cardio and toning through the use of small hand weights. This class will get you pumped up and sweating through the combination of upbeat music, fun lights and Keiser M3i bikes.
This is a 45 minute strength training class that will incorporate the use of a variety of weighted equipment to strengthen and tone your body.
This is a 45 minute high intensity spinning and strength training combination class that begins on our Keiser M3i
indoor cycling bikes for the first half of class and then ends with a strength workout using a variety of equipment
from bands to dumbbells to kettlebells and more.
This is a 45 minute high intensity spinning and boxing combination class that begins on our Keiser M3i indoor cycling bikes for the first half of class and then ends with boxing (which includes punching the heavy bag, double end bag, and speed bag and working on agility and speed) for the second half.

This is a 30 minute class that packs a big punch in a short amount of time. This class will get your heart rate pumping and your entire body engaged through quick high intensity movements. These classes are meant to be intense and challenging but modifications will be provided for those who need them.
