Hi – I’m Alicia Pike. I am an amateur boxer, currently holding the 2020 Women's New England Golden Glove Champion at 132lbs.  I’m also an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a specialty in Sports Performance and a Masters in Sport Management with over 8 years of group and personal training experience.  Over the years, I’ve taught everything from barre, spin, strength training, TRX, HIIT and boxing.  I love high intensity workouts, especially boxing, and I’m excited to be able to share that love and passion with my Ruff House Fitness members.
My approach to fitness is that the prize is in the process.  I believe in that so firmly that I’ve got it tattooed on my arm!  Fitness is a journey.  It should be something you enjoy, but that also challenges you.  It takes time to reach goals, but the beautiful part of that is what you accomplish along the way – the successes that make you more confident, the failures that make you work even harder, the friendships you make, and the mental/physical challenges that push you to be the best version of yourself – whatever that may be.
In my classes, you’ll work hard, but you’ll have a lot of fun along the way & I just can’t wait to meet you to help you get to where you want to be!


Hi – I’m Amy Pike. I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a specialty in Fitness Nutrition. I am a lifelong athlete with years of experience both coaching and competing in sports. I have a true passion for fitness and want to share that passion with all of you. There are many reasons why people choose to exercise. Whether you want to improve your sport performance, reduce health risks, or look and feel better I can help you achieve your goals. I am here to help motivate you to execute those fitness goals using a variety of equipment and exercises to help keep your workouts fun and exciting. You will work hard in my sessions but also have fun doing so. Hope to meet you at Ruff House Fitness soon.


Hi I'm Stephanie Rokitowski. I'm a fitness instructor/enthusiast and endorphins chaser - seriously I love any exercise that gets the blood pumping. Recently, I've been focused on boxing and building my skills as an amateur fighter. One of the biggest lessons I've taken away from boxing is that the human body is capable of more than you ever imagined - as long as you believe in yourself, and I feel that this applies to ALL areas of fitness, not just as a fighter stepping into the ring. •
I truly love helping people work towards and achieve their fitness goals - whether that's weight loss, becoming more fit, or just achieving an all around healthier lifestyle that they can carry for years to come. Aside from my love for boxing I also enjoy weight and interval training. I hope to challenge our members at Ruff House Fitness, but also leave you feeling like you can conquer anything that comes your way once you've completed your workout for the day! 


Hi, I'm Molly Sullivan Teal, RYT 200.  I'm a fitness instructor and registered yoga teacher.  My fitness journey began as a kid, always being involved in youth sports and anything outdoors. With this, I also faced severe chronic injuries through my young adulthood and had to find a way to fall in love with exercise again. I began taking barre classes, utilizing every modification I could to make it through until I slowly built back strength I lost. I was hooked and completed my certifications in Metafit (HIIT/strength), barre, cardio kickboxing and my 200 hour yoga certification. Teaching is my passion, I love to see the progress of my clients and meeting new people. With each class I teach, modifications are offered so every BODY is welcome regardless of where you are on your fitness journey. See you at the studio!


Hi!  I'm Erin Burtnyk. I am a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist based out of Worcester, MA with a lifelong passion for nutrition and fitness. I am devoted to teaching others a realistic, sustainable approach to food and nutrition that supports a healthy, active lifestyle.  My goal is to help people foster a healthy relationship with food by learning to incorporate the foods they love.  As a mom of two kids under 5, I understand that life can be crazy and unpredictable, and I am passionate about finding ways to include self-care through nutrition without sacrificing time with my family.  I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition with a minor in Psychology from UMass Amherst. I currently teach health education at Shrewsbury High School, where I have the opportunity to share my passion and enthusiasm for health and wellness to the school community. I am incredibly excited to work with Ruff House Fitness sharing the latest, evidence-based nutrition advice and support!
