This is a 30 minute introductory session for Personal Training. This session will give us the opportunity to get to know you and see what your fitness/wellness goals are. We will begin with a brief health history and fitness questionnaire followed by a basic fitness evaluation to help us determine where to begin. From there we will discuss next steps.
What is personal training?
Personal training is a 1 on 1 session that is customized for each individual to help them reach their fitness/wellness goals. Each session is unique for every individual based on what they are looking to achieve.
Who is Personal Training good for?
Everyone! Personal Training is good for everyone from a beginner to a seasoned athlete.
Types of Personal Training:
Fitness Foundations - This is for a beginner who is looking to learn proper form and technique. This will provide a foundation that will help avoid injury and ensure future success.
Boxing - This is for anyone that is looking to learn more about boxing technique. This is non contact and no sparring is involved. For anyone looking to spar we are happy to provide suggestions on where you can do that.
Sports Performance - This is for athletes that are looking to enhance their performance in their sport.
General Fitness - This is for anyone who doesn't necessarily fit into any of the other categories but still has particular fitness/wellness goals they are looking to achieve.
